Add $100 for each tarp off\/on stop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detention:<\/strong> $50 per hour, begins two (2) hours after check in, confirmed via ELD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Layover:<\/strong> $250 per occurrence. Eligibility applies if rescheduled or expected loading or unloading time is more than seven (7) hours after originally scheduled loading or unloading time specified by Broker\/Agent via a Load Confirmation Sheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Stops:<\/strong> $75 per stop.  Will be combined with detention if two (2) or more hours after check in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TONU:<\/strong> $300 if canceled after receipt of rate confirmation. Will be combined with detention\/layover if two (2) or more hours after check in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oversize Permits:<\/strong> $100 per state<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HazMat Fee:<\/strong> $250<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuel Surcharge:<\/strong> Rates adjusted weekly according to<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> <\/mark><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/petroleum\/gasdiesel\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/petroleum\/gasdiesel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">US Energy Information Administration<\/mark><\/a><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> <\/mark>website US National Average.
